Descrizione

Raggiunge una lunghezza massima di 16,5 cm. L'accoppiamento oviparo, distinto durante la riproduzione. Le uova sono demersali e aderiscono al substrato. I maschi custodiscono e aerano le uova. (Testo da: www,FishBase.se).

Diffusione

È un pesce marino; associato alla barriera corallina; non migratore; gamma di profondità 20 - 60 m. Tropicale, si trova nell'Atlantico centro-orientale: al largo di Senegal, Guinea, Liberia e Ghana. Temperatura dell'acqua preferita tra 19,9 e 26 °C, media 24 °C. (Testo da: www,FishBase.se).
